Company History
Asphalt Maintenance Service was started over 25 years ago in Fort Wayne, IN. The company was purchased by the current owners, Rick and Laura Rohr, over 9 years ago. The new owners are both actively involved with the day-to-day operation of the business.

Laura Rohr Co-Owner, Operations Manager Laura and her husband Rick purchased Asphalt Maintenance Service in 2004. She joined her husband in the business in 2006 and runs the office on a daily basis. She is available from 8:00am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday during the asphalt season from May through November. |

Rick Rohr Co-Owner, President Rick and his wife purchased Asphalt Maintenance Service in May of 2004 and have been working in the business on a day-to-day basis ever since. He runs the asphalt maintenance side of Asphalt Maintenance Service. He is very knowledgeable regarding seal coating, crack filling, striping, asphalt and concrete repairs as well as asphalt paving. Brent Rohr Estimator Brent runs the paving/excavating portion of our business through our sister company Rohr Paving & Excavating. He also provides rock wall installation and other landscaping projects.
